National benchmarking prototype built from the CMS Renal Dialysis Facility Cost Report (HCRIS CMS-265-11). This module extends the SNF benchmarking platform to freestanding renal dialysis facilities.

Data and methodology
CMS HCRIS contains provider characteristics, utilization, costs, charges, settlement and financial-statement information. Renal HCRIS is distributed as a multi-year file. The analytic pipeline retains worksheet/line/column provenance so every published KPI can be traced to Form CMS-265-11.
Current status: ingestion and metric architecture are in place. Worksheet mappings are being validated before financial or utilization values are displayed publicly.
